Is there a specific email address that I can refer to? I'm having issues where I'm creating a case directly through the bottom link, but the case I submitted doesn't pop up when I go to "my cases". Thanks for the help.
richeddi From what I understand, the only way to start a case is by contacting EA through EA Help.
