auto kick

i've been kicked of of my ranked games 2 times now and when i try to go back in the game, it puts me in lobby without any minus point until the game is finished than they ban me for 10 minutes beacause i wasn't participating in game and -100 RP, and all of this because it's server issues or i don't know, i've lost more than 400 RP now and it really makes me wanna quit the game.
