Packet loss server Europe-central1

Hello guys, since June of this years from one day to another i'm experiencing packet loss on xbox series S in apex mostly in ranked but did also happen on pubs and firing range.The game freeze for 3 to 6 seconds and it happen at least 1 time during the game.

I tryed every possible settings to fix this and finally changed my ISP to a better performance gaming oriented one, but the problem is still happening, i have a screenshot of the game during packet loss and session id.

Please help me with this issues.
