Lets try this again. Banned account, no notice, no information sent. EA support cannot locate anything wrong with my account. Nothing in ban history. Need actual help. Ban occurred after another...

If support isn't able to locate a ban on the account, that typically means you're not contacting from the same account that has a ban.
Based on the second screenshot it looks like you're playing on console, is that right?
You should be able to check your connections on this account page. If you don't see your console account listed, that means it's linked to a different EA Account.
If you reach back out to an advisor with your gamertag, they should be able to help track down the correct account and from there look into any issues.
