Banned from the server after I used a new VPN (not for apex)

I just got my and my girlfriends' account banned from the server within 2 hours. Could anyone help? These two accounts are really important to us,

I played this game for a half of year without any misconduct (I never got banned from any game). Today nothing is different except that I downloaded a new VPN program and opened it in the background. This program is used to watch animations on Bilibili.com. I currently live in Australia. I need VPN to access these animations. See the photo attached.

If I am a cheater, I will stop cheating after the first account is banned, so no reason for 2 accounts banned within such a short time period. I started a claim for her account and switched to mine for 3 games and got banned. 

I am feeling so sad. I logined her account to finish the APEX anniversary tasks for her. These accounts witness our love. We live in different countries so APEX becomes a crucial connection for us. 

My claim number is #136819423. Any help is welcomed and I am glad to provide details about my gaming environment. Feeling so sad now.

    Hello @subbing7bbzthx,

    sadly we cannot help you with issues regarding bans and sanctions on accounts here in the forum as we don't have access to your account here. You will have to create separate disputes for both accounts and then wait for the TOS team to get back to you regarding the issue, which can take a few days.

    Thank you for your reply Pythia.

    It is so frustrating when you love a game, have a lot of beautiful memories, but the game banned you and says "you are a cheater".

    (I know I might be banned for suspiciously attacking the game server which I've never done. The email says: "BECAUSE YOUR ACCOUNT IS CHEATING". It really hurts my feeling. I have never been accused of cheating on any occasion during my whole life.)

    I claimed my dispute and will help to provide my information. The only difference today in my gaming environment is the VPN software and OBS for streaming.

    I just got the scatters of heirlooms from this anniversary event. Haven't decided which to choose and got banned. I know your staff works hard to protect the server from DDOS (My favourite ALGS pro player DF.roieee just changed his name in the game to ASIAN SERVER FULL OF DDOS). Appreciate your hard work and hope the server will be all right soon. Maybe you can learn something from Riot or Valve, they have a pretty nice server for gaming.
