Sorry to hear about your situation. I can see that you’ve already gone through multiple appeals, and that the Terms of Service team decided not to remove the penalty. I’m afraid that if you’re no longer able to submit another appeal, that usually means the team considers the action to have been fully reviewed and the decision to be final.

Let this be a warning to all as its just one more reason to never buy EA games or spend money on them.
They don't use humans to look into anything, they just use automated tools and outsource their Trust and Safety team, nor have the common decency to have an actual conversation with a customer who's obviously spent a lot of money on the game.
Customer has zero clue why they lost their account and the response from EA is Too Bad So Sad (i.e. the overseas team didn't actually do anything because they are so overrun with appeals they just click click click on "valid ban" all day long. )
We are all numbers to them, they LITERALLY do not care about any of us.

It’s an undeniable fact that EA does hand out false bans for its games, and there’s no point trying to deny it. Even pro players have suffered from this issue. The only difference is they have special channels to get their bans lifted, while ordinary players are left with no choice but to accept it. Where’s the fairness in that?
My situation is exactly the same as this player’s, and I’ve long lost all hope. All the time, effort and money we’ve poured into these games mean absolutely nothing to you. You can’t even bring yourselves to respect regular players.
What’s more, Apex Legends is still flooded with cheaters to this day, making it far from a fair competitive platform. The problem persists outside matches too. It’s truly beyond disappointing.

As you can see, our dedicated team has overturned enforcement in cases where a review found that the action was not warranted.
When you submit an appeal, the Terms of Service team reviews the case, and they have access to the tools and logs needed to assess the situation and determine whether a penalty may have been applied incorrectly.
SmacktapolisOLD The responses you receive are not automated, although templates may sometimes be used to ensure consistent communication in similar cases. Those replies are still sent by an actual member of the Terms of Service team after a review. If you have submitted multiple appeals, they are also reviewed by different members of the team, so that subsequent appeals are considered with a fresh set of eyes.
If your case has already been reviewed multiple times, then I’m sorry, but we do stand by the authenticity of our anti-cheat system. Please play by the rules. Cheating can include, but isn’t limited to, using third-party software, like aimbots, wallhacks, and other similar cheats , to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
Cheating includes:
- performing in-game exploits and abusing glitches or bugs
- stat padding (abusing game features the way they aren’t supposed to be used to artificially stack scores)
- using software or cheat tools that disconnect other players from the EA servers
- teaming up and playing with other players who are using cheats or hacks.

So is there nothing else for me to do now? I just have to accept a false ban on an account I've had since close to release and have spent hundreds of dollars on. I've seen other players that have been falsely banned for this eventually gain access back to their account, I had hope I reached that conclusion after my penalty history was cleared. But now with no ability to make cases, a locked account, and the same answer everywhere, I can't do anything? I don't really want to just give up on trying to get my account back it's not something I really could afford to lose and just rebuy everything on a new account.

If you are unable to submit a new case, aside from the possibility I mentioned, you could also try some basic browser and connection troubleshooting to see whether that helps:
- Use an incognito/private window
- Try a different browser, such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox
- Disable ad blockers or script-related extensions
- Try a different connection, such as a mobile hotspot
- Switch the website language and try again
