saronpa126 Sadly, bans cannot be handled on the forums, (you would need to go through the EA TOS Team to appeal the ban).
Midnight9746 I have contacted the TOS team many times. Detailed information about the account and proof of innocence are also sent. However, they only send emails like BOT as before, and the problem is not solved at all. Posting here is only a last resort, and I have already contacted the TOS team dozens of times.

Alose spoke ea team chat about this and there understood were I was coming from but where like yea just message tos team there look at it. And said can email departed tell I’ve plead my case to yous and looked into it? And get back to me?!! And they can’t email anyone tos teams? That’s weird? Anyother complaints departeds would say I’ve pass on all you information on to them? This getting out of hand.

I'm a ps4 user, and I haven't played apex ✕ at all on pC, but a Steam account pretending to be my pS4 username is linked without permission, and when I checked the login log, I was illegally logged in on my PC. I was. In addition, it was logged in under the guise of my IP address, and it was not known that it was a hack. Also, at the same time, I was able to confirm the login from a strange IP address, so I think my IP address was probably stolen at that time. I'm very sad because it's an account that I've been using for 4 years.
