Battle pass premium bug

I purchased the Premium Battle Pass and was charged successfully, but my Battle Pass was never upgraded to the Premium version. I did receive the packs that come with the upgrade, so it appears the purchase went through partially. A refund is not being requested. Access to the Premium Battle Pass that was purchased would be appreciated.
