I leveled my battle pass to 110 and unlocked both R99's. I even used them in a few games 2 weeks ago. Why is my battle pass RESET to 85???

What happens when the bug occurs? when entering the game, it became possible to buy a techno-noir skin for 1200 metals, when re-entering the metals were written off and the skin was missing

I lost weapon skin unlocks The weapon appears equipped but the unlock has been lost
Not the only weapon affected.
Same thing happened to me, please either give the skin or refund crafting materials!
Hello, my gamertag is Jozibuoy1, and I have recently undergone a weird glitch in my game where I had past legendary and epic skins in my account where it said I could equip them when in reality it did not allow me to and now I have wasted a large amount of my crafting materials purchasing them, I know that I shouldn’t have purchased them but I thought it might have been some weird offer. But I wanted to ask if you could please place the amount of crafting materials I lost back into my account, I appreciate you guys at support for reading this and hopefully helping I have some photos if you would require them.
I have the badge for the level 110 for season 20 but now I’m level 65 and it says I have to buy the battle pass again for the paid rewards. Will I have to buy the battle pass again to get my stuff back ?
So There is a bug that made all my skins go away and have some weird skins there instead, the second time it happened i was curious and bought 10-20 skins (legendary 30 crafting per) due to the bug, it got resolved when the game crashed upon opening the heirloom shop. I recognize my idiocy in trying to obtain the skins, but are you able to refund the 420 materials?
Also there is some unreleased skins there such as the flatline.

Community Manager@EA_Mako It seems that some weapon unlocks are now locked.
These are not weapon skins from the battle pass just ordinary skins.
Seems to be OK now.
I did unlock some weapon skins today (might have wasted crafting material unlocking stuff I already did own, not 100% sure)
