What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I went to go switch one of my skins for my R 99, came across original reactive skins for all guns, and came across several character, skins and heirloom. First triable with crafting materials, I use my crafting materials to get them out of excitement. I restarted the game to see if I still had them and I lost the items and the crafting materials I had, I spent nearly 7k crafting materials and lost it all

What happens when the bug occurs? I was going through my loadout to change skins for my weapons, and I noticed several reactive skins from past seasons that were purchasable using crafting materials, I purchased them, and several other character skins that were no longer available, along with many unreleased skins for future events, I restarted my game to see if I would still have them, and maybe even equip them later, and my game crashed and I lost all of my crafting materials and several items that I did purchase, I even decided to purchase a normal weapon skin and I still lost that skin as well, I also had 100 Apex coins and I only had 50 after
What should be happening instead? I want my crafting materials back along with my Apex coins, I understand if I can’t get the past back, but I was beyond excited
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After adding things to the store or new events or right after they expire, the shop will bug out and from what it seems like it will add items to your inventory due to an unknown error, and will not replace or refresh your Apex currencies or items, if purchased within this time, I had no idea and would like my items back or my currency, I have videos and pictures of others, but they’re too big to send

I have other pictures and videos of what I got, but they are too big of files to show on here, I want to figure out how to send them to you guys and get a refund on my items or Apex currencies

I even had the reactive flatline recolor that was purchasable using Apex crafting materials

I logged into apex today I bought the feline faux bundle for 6000 apex coins which shows the top tier flatline skin available as the skin for the weapon that is the reason I then purchased the bundle and I received it in my inventory and then it was locked in my inventory I reloaded the game and still unable to equip I played a couple matches and the skin was gone from my account I have a video of the whole incident it won’t let me apply to the post nor will it allow me to post a image of it

So I decided to re-login, but after re-logging into the game they were no longer there, as were the materials for which I bought them

Hey Mako, I unlocked a skin for the havoc during this thing, I realised the skin was part of the missing items, with the issue fixed the skin is gone but also the crafting mats, anything I can do to get those back?

I have screenshots of all the skins that are missing

Anyone else lose equipped legendary gun skins but have random legendary gun skins unlocked
