Bought 1000 apex coins and never received them after doing all the steps

i bought 1000 apex coins and they didn’t show up so i uninstalled the game and restarted and did everything but never received them i reached  out to ea and never received help i tried to refund and was denied the request

    @theb0ss1234 Same here, Bought the 4,350 Apex Coins and had the same problem with the saviors pack and the 1,000 Coins, i have no refunds either so i basically donated 70 nzd to ea, i was able to refund the saviors pack but its not worth near as much as the 4,350 pack, suprisingly the 2,150 Pack did go through and get added to my account

    The same thing happened to I showed images of the purchases and still didn't work for them I tried to refund they denied

    this happened to me too i bought 53.99$ of apex coins or 6,700 coins but it bought and I haven't got it I bought it  a day ago and Ive turned off my xbox and restarted it and restarted apex but it still hasn't come thru 

    and it did take money out of my account
