Bug with Alter ultimate teleport

as of the latest patch when using Alter's ult to return to a location it will activate but take longer then it should before you teleport leading to issues where you create a portal but still go down or die to an enemy. 

this may be an issue with latency but regardless it's annoying to see that your animation finishes, you don't teleport and you die but you still make a portal.
