NapConnoisseur It sounds like you have two EA Accounts, (with one linked to the PlayStation Account).
The problem here is that your Apex progress and data is stored on the EA Account itself, (which progress and data from two EA Accounts sadly cannot be merged together either).
Note: Even if you switch your platform account links around, that won't transfer, (or merge), your Apex progress and data, (and I would advise against doing so as that can also cause a loss of your Apex progress and data for both accounts).
