Cannot Fresh Install Apex Legends - Still Saving Previous Settings

Hello,

I'm encountering an issue with Nvidia Reflex, which is causing my FPS to lock at 138 (my monitor is 144 refresh rate) even when I try to turn it off. Despite disabling low latency settings in both NVIDIA and the Apex client, the FPS remains capped at 138. The only way I've found to disable it is by turning off V-sync in NVIDIA Control Panel. This leaves me with choppy, undesirable performance.

I've been using specific settings for years: In Nvidia Control Panel; Ultra-Low Latency Mode (ULLM) on, V-sync on, G-sync on,

and an in-game FPS cap of 132 (2 below my monitor's refresh rate) in Advanced Launch options.

These settings have worked well for me, but with Nvidia Reflex now integrated into the Apex client, I'm unable to maintain them. Whenever I enable V-sync in NVIDIA Control Panel, my in-game FPS locks at 138, which seems to activate Reflex even though I don't want it enabled.

Furthermore, when I reinstall Apex and the EA client, the game remembers all my settings including graphics and mouse sensitivity. How do I reset this to default? Is there a folder hiding these settings on my computer somewhere?

Why when i enable V-sync in NVCP, it enables Reflex in game (138 cap) with v-sync ON and reflex OFF it should be 144 (refreshrate of monitor)

Thank you for your time.
