Cant acsses my account after playing apex since season 1 please help

Basically a couple weeks ago when I went to play apex a message popped up asking me to resign in since I haven't done that in a long time. Only issue is I can't seem to remember a single thing about the information tied to my account. I'm guessing I set up my EA account over 10yrs ago when I was younger than 18 so everything seems to be made up. I really would just like to get my EA account that is linked to my Playstation account back so I can play apex again. If it comes to the worst I could just get it erased and start all over again which would mean I'd loose all my content I bought and earned through the season pass, but at least I'd be able to play again which currently I cannot at all which suuuucks.
