Can't buy Apex Coins. Shows up as "Unavailable" in store

Did eny body tell you how to do it I’ve looked for months and I can’t do it either

I saw your posts and everything I’ve tried and I can’t seem to fix it I’m in virgina and my restrictions are fine in other games can I also re down loaded apex it still says unavailable can we have the fix?

I’m not able to buy coins help lol on ps4 

i am on xbox and in salt lake data center. doesnt work, had my hopes up for the season 4 battle pass but no hope. only shows unavailable when i go to purchase in the in game shop. is there any advice for me?
