Can't see news tab or edit account settings to make it show up

I noticed i wasnt receiving news in apex anymore so i looked at my account and noticed that, sure enough, my in-game news box was unchecked. So i go to click it, and nothing happens. I tried everything, even using another device but no matter what i do i can't check the box to get in game news again. I can check and uncheck other things in the security tab, but nothing happens when i click that specific one. What do i do?

I am on a teen account, so is that the reason? But it doesnt make sense why I'm able to change literally every other setting besides the marketing ones. Please help.
