capped at 3 fps

Since i installed the game, my FPS are capped to 3. It doesnt matter which gpu or settings i use, the game is still at 3 fps even in the lobby.

Every other game works fine just Apex doesnt.

CPU: i7-4771 3.5ghz

GPU: rx 560 4gb oc

RAM: 8gb

    Hi @xClashMashx

    That's definitely weird. Let's take a look and see if we can figure out what might be happening. 


    First, have you had a chance to try repairing the game in Origin to see if that helps at all? If there's an issue with the game data itself a repair might help. If you right-click on Apex Legends in your Origin library you should see the Repair option when the menu comes up. 

    Let me know if you're still seeing any FPS issues after that. Thanks!

    When you have a chance can you post a DxDiag so we can take a look? For more details on how to get the file check out the EA Help website

    Hey @xClashMashx 

    Do you have any GPU / Game tweaking software installed?
    (Rivatuner, MSI Afterburner, Nvidea inspector ect..)

    Yes i have nvidia inspector, rivatuner, asus gpu tweak and msi afterburner.

    Hey folks. 

    Apologies for the late reply on this. 


    If you haven't already can you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps at all? That way if something else is running on your PC that could be causing this it may help to get around it. 

    For more information on how to set up a Clean Boot check out the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still seeing any FPS issues afterward.
