Cheater Lobbys

6-7 years ago you guys openly talked about cheater and spammer lobby's why does it feel like every lobby i play has low level cheaters and smurfs. Ranked or pubs. Im Diamond 4 Match making gives me to players that clearly just get carried up the ranks by other cheaters most likely. They are plats and golds while im diamond. Then my enemies are still triple stack with a low level cheater. Im just confused what did you guys do to my lobbies. Or is every apex lobby like this. Thanks
