Constant Audio Lag and Game Crashes
I'm having issues with in game audio lag and freezing.
Game audio glitches out; pings, footsteps, and gunfire become completely silent. Background and ambient noises such as water or flyers can still be heard. Audio may or may not catch back up and sound all pings that should have been heard at once. This is mostly followed by the game freezing and either give me a Code:net error, or will unfreeze in-game (usually dead because of enemies nearby). Freezing and lag also occur often when picking legends or exiting match.
These issues are not due to my internet. Any other game is fine, including playing Apex on PC. My Xbox One X is only about 2 months old with only 10% of its storage being used and I have a wired connection to my router. I've also tried playing on many different servers with no change. My normal server is either Virginia 1 or New York with around 20 ms ping and 0% packet loss.
This issue first started when the Battle Armor game mode dropped. Before that I had no problems. The issue went away when Season 5 began but started again when map rotation came back.
The game is basically unplayable for me. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, running updates, clearing my cache, and much more but the problem still exists. Many others are having this problem as well.
