Constantly lagging and have all the red warning signs on top right

Please can someone help me.

every single game I join is unplayable and I have all the red warning signs coming up.

It’s been happening for about a week now and I don’t know what else to do.

I have a wired connection to my router, I’ve tried resetting the router, resetting my Xbox but nothing works.

any help is greatly appreciated
