Could it be that the CRASH in Apex is a problem of the Internet and servers?

after being some days reading and researching I'm 99% sure it's a code problem in the game that makes many players have an optimization problem and the game falls on PC (AMD, GEFORCE) ps4, ... now we...

This game is fun , and so not fun at the same time ,how can something run so well without Frame drops and be so smooth without hitching stuttering etc. then automatically crash without warning . Troubleshooting guide is of no help at this point . Using amd cpu and GPU windows 10 1809 , 16 gigs of good ole ram. I believe eventually this will get sorted .
