Crashing mid-match

I have a Lenovo ideapad 3 gaming laptop with an R7 7735HS and an RTX 4050 6GB VRam with 16GB DDR5 Ram

The crashes mid-match (Game freezes for a few seconds then kicks me out to desktop) so here is a list of the TBS I tried but still didn’t work

1. Lowered graphics settings
2. Repaired the game through the Steam app
3. Uninstalled from steam and reinstalled through the EA app
4. Repaired through the EA app
5. Tweaked my Nvidia control panel settings
6. Made sure the game is using the Nvidia GPU through windows settings and Nvidia control panel
7. Clean installed my GPU driver (tried updating to latest driver and also rolling back to an older one)
8. Tried (TDR delay)

As per the (Windows reliability) it shows live kernel 141 error at the time of the crash

None of the above worked and it is extremely frustrating and embarrassing when I play with friends and I’m the one crashing mid-game  

Note: I am not facing this issue with any of my other games (RDR2, The last of us, Dying light the beast, Assassin's creed, Battle field 6, Ghost of Tsushima) among other GPU heavy games

I need a resolution for this please it has been over 4 months
