    Hey @dotrat116,

    If you've been running into this issue when attempting to link your account, it sounds like that may already be linked to an older, separate account.

    Our support team would need to take a look in that case to verify some other account information and make any necessary updates at that point.

    I'm afraid we are unable to make any changes to your account on the forums, so you would need to contact support as outlined over at the EA Help website.
