Cross Progression issue please help!!

I have had an issue with my cross progression ever since it came out and I have been trying to get in contact with EA support and they havent been any help at all. Can someone please help me?

My issue is that I had a higher level xbox account and a lower level pc account. But when I got my cross progression it put my lower level pc account on both my pc and xbox. Now I have no access to the high level xbox account or any of its cosmetics. Yes they are both on the same EA account and yes I both linked and created the accounts before Oct 26th. Please anything like a dev I can dm or something would help because i am overly frustrated with working with EA support for this long and them being no help.

    Hey @Kuuki61 

    Have you ever unlinked your platform account from your EA account, or any other EA account? If so, I suggest contacting our support team to inquire about the date when your accounts were linked to see what happened. Unfortunately, we cannot view your account history here on the forums.

    @EA_Pulsar I have tried multiple times and all they do is say "I see you have an issue with cross progression" and then send me a link to how it is supposed to work. They have done that like four times. Like I understand how it supposed to work and that does not help. That's why I was asking for a devs contact info because going through support isn't gonna help. I've been trying to talk to them and it is so bad. I need someone's contact info who can legit help me.
