Cross Progression Issue

I linked my EA account and xbox account and didnt get any of the xbox stuff what do i do i already talked to a support agent and they were no help. Instead of putting the higest level account as the main one like its supost to it just took the EA account and put it on the xbox and its a brand new account so wtf. Did i lose my xbox stuff becuase of a glitch with EA?
