cross progression issues

For some reason without my knowledge or consent, my PSN apex legend account was synchronized with an old ea account of mine, one that i do not want to interact with anymore, and so, i cut the link from PSN ( i still didn't know that it was synchronized to this account) to link it with my actual account only to know that my actual account is already synchronized with the level 3 steam apex account i have, knowing its been at least 1 year i haven't played on steam and probably more on PSN, Can i do something to make my PSN apex progress go to my actual account or am i just cooked??

  • My PSN account Apex account is very old, if i remember its from the start of apex launch, with +200 levels and some skins bought and battlepass, it would be a real shame to not be able to use it.

    Hey @Kaimon76,

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. If you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

As you linked your PSN to a different EA Account, you'll need to re-link that to the original EA Account to try restoring access to that progress. I'm afraid it's not possible to transfer the content from one EA Account to another.

If you run into any trouble re-linking the original accounts, please contact support directly so they can take a look.
