Cross-Progression overwrote my 2023 PS4 profile data Heirloom missing

Hello. I am posting because chat support could not fix a backend migration error. My original PS4 account daaakie was highly active until around May 2023. It contained Bloodhounds Ravens Bite Heirloom hatchet and several legendary skins, including the clean iron-sight R-99 skins. Earlier this year, when trying to set up cross-progression, the automated system glitched. Instead of selecting my high-level PS4 profile as the primary account data source, it completely overwrote it with a low-level PC save file. My profile is now completely stuck showing a fresh Level 25 account with zero historical items, and my years of PS4 progress have been completely suppressed. Can a Community Manager please look into the historical data logs for the PSN ID daaakie and help restore my missing entitlements? Thank you.

    Hey Z3R04575,

We are not able to make any changes to your progression or account via the forums, but keep in mind progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.

Cross Progression has been active on all accounts since the start of 2024, so it wouldn't have been related to the missing progress in this case. This would be more likely due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account.

We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked. This isn't a migration error, this is just not the same EA account your PSN was linked to originally - the first time this particular account accessed Apex on PlayStation was last year.

If you'd played on PlayStation prior to that, it would have been linked to a different account, which is where that progress would be. Linking back there would be the only way to try recovering any missing progress.
