Cross progression

I used to play apex on ps4 but then i switched to pc . When i did that cross progression wasn't on apex so i made an account to play from pc . Now that there is cross progression i have link both ste...

Hey @25471352 

To confirm you had your PS4 and PC accounts connected to different EA accounts before Cross Progression with Apex legends, but now they are on the same EA account?

If so, your missing progress/items will be on the previous EA account, as progress/items are stored at the EA account level.

    Thanks for your responses. I have thought one last  question. Can you let my account habe the ability to unlink my psn account?

      Hi @25471352 

      Can you explain further, by needing your account to have the ability to unlink? You can unlink connected accounts via your EA accounts settings page. 

      To check if you are running into a message you have to wait before you can reconnect, this is a security setting across all EA accounts and we are unable to remove this. For more information check out our EA Help articles:

        I want to say that I can't unlink my psn account from my ea due to a deadline that it gave me when i linked it. I wander if you can remove the deadline from my account
