The servers were changed to the Amazon continent thing a while back, mid 2025.

Im in Ireland and generally get around 90 ping now, and thats on a mobile wifi. Fortnite comes in at around 60 ping.

Thats a higher ping than me. Are you wired wifi? If so it might be worth looking at your provider/router/etc.
