Thank you for the advice EA_Mako
I’d like to correct myself in saying, I need to speak to a human being. I have questions, and the generic response was too vague. I know I don’t cheat, I have video proof of my subpar apex skills.
any suggestions on how I can discuss this with someone? Not through a one way email?

I'm afraid not. The appeals are just to have someone from our ToS team take another look at our records and the account activity for what took place, not to argue a particular case, so to speak.Emails for cheating tend to be vague when it comes to specific program names or time(s) as that type of information can be useful to those looking to bypass our detection methods. There wouldn't be much more that can be shared outside what's communicated in the initial email unfortunately, so appealing would be the only way to get another pair of eyes on the situation here.

Thank you for taking the time to explain this to me. I have spent the better half of my day re-reading the ToS and Rules.
So far, if at all guilty of anything, would be my language — however — I usually don’t type it in chat or say it to players I do not know. I rarely use it, and always on PPT for communications because I’m usually in a party voice channel or streaming. That’s neither here nor there considering I was banned for “cheating” and which I don’t. As for the background programs for other things on my PC that may interfere with Apex Servers I do not know.
I recently went in and “cleaned up” my PC and deleted a bunch of things I did not recognize, could I have accidentally deleted something vital for Apex which may be flagged as an attempt to cheat?
Literally trying to think of anything to regain access to my account. Hopefully ToS investigates soon, not sure how much longer until I give up on the game all together.
