Didn't receive my anniversary gifts.

Even though I logged in during the (Feb 4, 2020 - Feb 11, 2020) time frame for the 1 year anniversary gift I didn't get my gift. I logged in and played on Feb 10th 2020 and even received the bonus 10,000 xp that was happening during the same time frame. I've been playing since day 1 so I'm really bummed out about not getting the charm and badge. I hope you guys can help!

    I'm afraid that missing content in-game is not something we would be able to investigate here on Answers HQ. When you've got a chance please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.
