While it's typically fairly instantaneous, those purchases can take up to 24 hours to appear on the account in some cases.

If you've restarted your system and the coins still haven't appeared after that point, please reach out to support directly so they can take a look at the account.

You'll want to have this proof of purchase information available, so just be sure you have those screenshots when reaching out. Thanks!
