Different ea emails

So I have a PlayStation account with a different email than my main Xbox account. I am on ps5 now. So what will I need to do when I get the pop up on my screen to do the cross progression. I am just confused seeing so many different issues people are with the cross over. So my Xbox has an outlook email and my ps5 has a gmail account. Just need to know what to do when the time comes for me to get my main Xbox account on ps5 for apex. Will it merge? Or will my ps5 need to have the same email address as my Xbox account. Just really confused. 

  • Hey @CreativeDex  if you have different emails for your PSN and Xbox accounts, it won't impact the cross-progression transfer, as long as both platform accounts are linked to the same EA account. Your progress will only be available within your EA account, among those linked accounts.

    Hey @CreativeDex  if you have different emails for your PSN and Xbox accounts, it won't impact the cross-progression transfer, as long as both platform accounts are linked to the same EA account. Your progress will only be available within your EA account, among those linked accounts. 

  • So I didn’t wait for the pop up I went into my main ea account through Xbox and linked my PlayStation account to my creative dex account. Now I can’t view in lobby seasonal.legends,loadout,store. My coins,crafting material,and tokens are just flashing. Been like this for 2 days now. Just hoping I didn’t mess anything up. I unlinked my ps account so I could link it to my Xbox. I just want to start playing on my main again to start getting the battle pass up and play ranked.

    So if you unlinked your PSN account and linked it to another EA profile, it would reset your progress.

    It's not possible to merge two separate accounts and keep the progress.

  • So my main account for apex is under my Xbox ea  Creativedex. My PlayStation account is the one that has nothing on it. What I did was go in my PlayStation account that was linked to that ea account with nothing on it. I unlinked my psn account from that and put it on my main Xbox account creativedex. When I go to the link/unlink page on my main ea account with all my heirlooms on it it says simplyrefreshed as my psn account. I just unlinked my psn account from the ea account that I had just made when making the account a few months ago. To the old ea account with all my heirlooms on it. I should still have all my stuff if linked my psn account to my Xbox ea account account huh? It’s under one EA account my creativedex I just can’t access anything in the lobby. All my tokens,coins,and crafting is flashing til this day and the only tab I can use is the play and club. All the seasonal,legends,loadout tabs are all black out.

    I also have no legends. Note I am on ps5 that the level is 68 or so. All I have is the basic legends you start with. 

  • See that gritz and eggs account on Xbox? That is my main account with a ton of heirlooms. That is the same ea account I made when I made that Xbox account. That psn you see is also the one that is low level. I need my grits and eggs profile the Xbox one to move over to the account you see for PlayStation.
