Discord Rich Presence

Question

For the last two or so years, I've been wanting to have a better game status for Apex Legends. At some point, I thought we must have the new EA app in other for it to work. This was something I had put off for a while due to the EA app being in development. Now, after a few weeks of being forced off of Origin, I was trying to get it working again.

I've already completed all the steps mentioned here: https://www.ea.com/news/ea-discord-rich-presence and I only see the following:

Today I had found out when a friend messaged me a joke about playing Apex for 53 years, that other Discord users do see what its meant to be seen while playing the game, however you do not. It also displays the wrong information. For example, I'm not in a ranked match right now, when I was, there was 10 other squads left.
