During game start I get kicked and app crashes w/ abandon penalty

I am on a Nintendo Switch OLED Model.

Every so often, when joining any game, instantly the two red icons are above the server messages, and I cannot do anything. No input, no movement on my screen. I then get the popup "The software was closed because an error occurred." For games on the mixtape, I have been receiving 'Abandon Penalties' even though my game crashed. This is very clearly a bug in the code, can this please be fixed?
