unfortunately, we cannot help with account bans here in the forum and have no access to account information, so can't even check out, what kind of ban it is.
What do you mean, that EA account emails aren't delivered? Have you contacted Support and appealed the ban there?
In China, I can't have one - on - one communication with your customer service. Moreover, using an overseas VPN to communicate with your customer service is illegal in China. So I can only reach out to you here.
