unfortunately, we cannot help with account bans here in the forum and have no access to account information, so can't even check out, what kind of ban it is.
What do you mean, that EA account emails aren't delivered? Have you contacted Support and appealed the ban there?
Every time I try to submit an appeal, it says “Message Failed to Send”, and now it shows “Case not created. We ran into an issue creating your case, but we're working on it. Wait a few hours and try again.”
