Hello,
I launched Apex Legends and was prompted to select a local save or a more recent cloud save. I chose one and all of my content and progress is gone. All badges, stats, legend unlocks have vanished -- my account is now level 1 again with nothing on it.
I have tried multiple logins/logouts, uninstall/reinstalls, etc., and no change. EA_Mako EA_cuervo
I have seen both of you help others with this issue, PLEASE HELP

Was this a fairly new account in general, or one you've been playing for a while?
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. Selecting between a local save or cloud save would typically be more for any settings you've changed in-game, rather than your actual progress.
Instead, what we usually see happening in these cases is unlinking a platform from the EA account, which would cause the loss of progress and for the account to appear as though it's been reset to level 1. If that was the case here, re-linking your platform to its original EA account instead may be able to recover that progress.
EA_Mako So I have been using this account for a few months now and have had no issues. I never logged out or swapped accounts or did any type of linking or unlinking accounts. I always just turn my computer on and open the EA app and hit play.
The issue came up randomly after i got a pop up window and it asked about the local or cloud save point. I noticed the dates were like 3 weeks prior to the day I got this pop up. I selected 1 of the options (I dont recall which) and when the game started up it played the tutorial and was as if I had never played the game before. Everything was reset.
