I just redownloaded apex on steam and it says my credentials have expired and i need to reset my password, i reset my password and it says it again. its just a loop of me resetting and it saying my credentials are expired.
@inderectcorgie32 This happened to me a couple months ago. Turns out my account was disabled because I hadn't played in a while. I was able to fix it by contacting support through chat here. Hope this helps!

Same! I even use steam and have never had to log into ea or had to make an acc ever because steam is its own launcher. They did a anti cheat update and my game would do this loop. I had to make a ea account just to speak on this forum which in my op is just dumb. Not only can i not play the game and havent been able to for past 2 days but i had to make another email and make an acc and have to sit on here hoping one of these people who work at ea to help me. I spent way to much money and also was trying to get diamond before season ended but that is all out the window. They make way to much money and have the worst customer service and support known to mankind. I even bough apex coins and they never went to my acc. They only ever refunded 1000 coins out of the 5,000 or sum i purchased. Which is a decent amt of money to never be utilized.
