EA Games made me not being able to contact suport!
Hello everyone,
I've been banned from Apex Legends three times due to anti-cheat errors. The first two bans were lifted after I successfully appealed and explained my case. However, on July 29th, I was banned for a third time. While I’m confident the ban will be lifted if I appeal, my main issue is that I can’t appeal because I’m unable to contact EA support.
On my main account, I can’t submit a case, I don’t receive a case ID, and it doesn’t show up in "My Cases." Strangely, when I try with a newly created account, I have no issue getting a case ID and reaching support. I’ve tried different PCs, browsers, phones, VPNs, and even different locations, but nothing works for my main account.
I’ve contacted Live Support twice on alternate accounts, but both times I received little help and was told to wait 1-2 days. Unfortunately, my issue still persists weeks later, and it’s heartbreaking considering the time, money, and effort I’ve invested into my account, which includes four heirlooms.
I just wanted to share this in hopes of spreading awareness. Please be careful with your online belongings, situations like mine can happen suddenly, and it’s devastating to lose access to everything.
