DearXiYu For hacked accounts, you would need to reach out to EA Support, and for banned accounts, you would need to reach out to the EA TOS Team as sadly, neither can be handled on the forums.

When playing any of your games, (or even accessing personal information, (such as your bank account)), it is very important to not use any public Wi-Fi as it is fairly easy for anyone to steal your personal information since they are on the same network and would be able to intercept what you send over that network.

In terms of in-game currencies, unfortunately once those are spent, there are no refunds or exchanges allowed, (which does mean that you are stuck with Wraith's Heirloom and whatever else that was bought with your Apex Coins).
