Heya, this seems to work for other users:
Delete the ui(01).rpak and ui(01).dll from this location: Apex Legends/paks/Win64/...
The Apex Legends folder is where you installed the game (Which can be accessed via the EA App or Steam)
EA App:
1. Go to your game library
2. Press the 3 dots on top of Apex Legends
3. Press "View Properties"
4. Press the "Open Folder" button that's at the top of your screenSteam:
1. Right click the game in your library
2. Hover over "Manage"
3. Press "Browse Local Files"From that point on you can navigate to the ./paks folder and then to the ./Win64 folder. Then delete the file in question.
Optional, but recommended (IMO) is to repair the game files:

Confirmed that deleting the file fixes the problem.
Navigate to the Explorer and navigate all the way to the exact folder (C:\Program Files\EA Games\Apex\paks\Win64), now delete the file...it should be a DLL file with the name: ui(0)
