ERROR CRASH CE-34878 ps4 Apex Legends HELP

I been having problems with Apex Legends on my ps4 console, it started yesterday and I wouldnhave thought maybe today I can play it but it keeps crashing. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I have updated the system software on my console and nothing yet. When I open the application for apex it loads a bit and crashes again. I don't know what else to do. Please help

    I had the same problem and this fixed it

    Go to PS4 Settings-application saved data management 

    Select saved data in system storage

    Choose Apex Legends

    Delete those files

    I have ps5, same thing. I enter the game, and ut’s crushes. All I can do is report the problem. This problem started yesterday evening💔🥀
