False ban, Possibly from BIOS config/Riot vanguard?

Hello,

I'll start off by introducing myself. I am 22 years old and an ex tier 1 Professional Valorant player so I definitely do not need to cheat, I've also reached the highest rank in multiple games since I enjoy competing and to seek improvement.. I've been playing a lot of Apex recently and until this new season its been great. This new season came with a performance issue for me so I disabled hyper-threading in my bios. Since then I have been getting a lot of error and crashes on my game, I feel like this could be linked to my ban potentially. I've also been told riot vanguard (the pc invasive anti-cheat for valorant) could also cause the ban. The ban itself was for gameplay enhancements. I can assure you I have never cheated and never will. I am here to seek answers as to what could cause the ban. I do not use any 3rd party software besides Crosshair X but even then I only used it for 3 days last season. I am also not getting boosted or playing with cheaters as far as I am aware. Are false bans in Apex common?
