Game doesn’t actually load on steam or ea!

So when I launch the game on steam or ea I get past the easy anti cheat and then the game never officially launches but when I check task manager it says the game is running but it never pops up on my screen, it just never loads! It all started after the game froze on me when I was buying apex packs now the game won’t launch at all!
