GAME FREEZING, 100% CPU USAGE

My game used to be completely fine until a certain Apex update. There is many people online with the same issue. My game will start freezing after playing every once in a while, and then when it unfreezes I have a red symbol and my hits will not register. Apex is at 100% CPU most of the time. I have a i7-9700k and a 2070 super. I have seen people online suggest it is to do with the the realtek drivers and that the anti cheat keeps scanning it and spiking the CPU. I don't have any realtek drivers installed, I have checked under every single device in device manager as well as hidden items. I have tried wifi and ethernet and happens with both. I have verified the game cache, uninstalled and installed on another drive. I have uninstalled my gpu drivers with DDU and reinstalled them fresh. I also updated my OS to Windows 11 to see if that has any effect, but still no. Every other game I play on my machine is completely fine but Apex. Can this please be looked into it is killing me thank you
