I have a problem with latency on ApexLegends.

Hello, So I cant really find much on the problem im having so I thought id write here. 

Ill start by saying my wifi is pretty good, 350mbps upload, 9ms (most games) but for some reason apex is just terrible with it? I load up apex on eu servers (Live in the uk) and for some reason get this (Look under) Ping is fine 30ms, but loss 0/61. Its like this every single time I play apex, Ive tried many fixes but nothing works. 

However when im tabbed out I get this (Below) Like how does this make sense? I tab into the game and straight to 60PL, Clearly there is nothing wrong with my internet but the game? 

Has anyone had the same problem and found a fix for this? I love playing this game but its unbearable sometimes.
