Game Freezing on PS4 pro

I've already posted this same thing in the Bugs threads but I feel I need to do the same here.
    For the last 3 days of this season I've only encountered one major problem, when I load into a game the entire game causes my system to freeze, unable to close the application or turn off my PS4. I've had this problem constantly and so far seen no one else have this problem, so the question I must ask is... WHAT THE HECK IS HAPPENING!!!

P.S. My system is up to date, my hardware is not the problem so that leaves your application to be the problem since I have had no trouble with other games.
