Game keeps freezing mid-match

At first I was about 3h into my session, game suddenly froze after throwing Loba q while audio kept playing for minutes and I had to end task from task manager as alt + f4 wouldn't work. After ending the task and getting back in, maybe an hour later I got another freeze while loading into a match, and then kept freezing within a minute of me loading in multiple times until the match was over. 2 of the freezes was right after throwing Loba's bracelet but I also froze while loading in and spectating teammates so not sure there is any correlation. I ended the task from task manager every time as there was no other way to exit the game, and even restarted steam and my pc at some point between the crashes but nothing fixed the issue. The rest of my PC is showing no issues, no freezing, lagging, no high temps etc. I'm running i5-12600KF and a 4060 with zero issues in other games and drivers up to date.
